What we collect
When you contact us, book a demo, or use the platform, we collect the information you provide directly — name, email, company, and the content of your message or request — along with basic technical information (such as an IP-derived, non-reversible identifier used for spam prevention on public forms).
How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, schedule demos, deliver the service to logged-in accounts, and maintain the security of the platform (e.g. rate-limiting abuse on public forms). We do not sell personal data.
Client workspace data
For logged-in client accounts, documents, tasks and records are stored within your client workspace and are not shared with other clients.
B2B marketing outreach
If you've received a marketing email or text from us and didn't sign up directly, your business contact details (name, business name, work email or phone) were most likely found through public business listings and directories, not submitted by you. We process this on the basis of legitimate interest in reaching businesses relevant to our services (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), balanced against your rights — we don't process any special category data, and we act on any objection immediately. Under UK PECR, if you're contacted as an individual subscriber (e.g. a sole trader or small partnership) rather than a company, you have the right to object to electronic marketing at any time, free of charge, via the unsubscribe link in the message or by replying "STOP" to a text.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or object to how it's used, by contacting us at the address on our Contact page. If you're not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
We use a strictly-necessary session cookie to keep logged-in users signed in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
